Experience
I have over a decade of experience working to bring carefully crafted strategy, detail oriented project management, and excellent execution together to bring small and large initiatives to fruition. I participated on diverse projects including entire websites (from inception to launch), complex database migrations, network TV rebrands, globalization initiatives, video production, social media management and mobile application development. While the bulk of my experience lies in the interactive arena I also have solid understanding of print and video.
Leadership
As the project lead I am responsible for the on-time, on budget delivery of quality work. Excellent organization skills, the ability to listen, strategic research, and a sense of humor are key attributes I employ to get from a to z. Along the way I scope projects, estimate resources, design timelines, make milestones, and document all the while adapting to change. First and foremost I am a team member and view change not as an obstacle to completion but welcome it as the challenge inherent in the process.
Writing
I am able to draft concise documentation which is demonstrated in the types of documents people have entrusted me to create. Examples are: marketing and project briefs, statements of work, estimates, responses to RFPs, technical specifications, website email and social media content, agency process outlines, work policies, disaster recovery procedure, and more.
Communication
Good communication starts with listening. Whether it’s kicking off a new project with senior leadership, negotiating with third party vendors, or managing a team of twelve designers and developers I am able to take-in and translate crucial information to stakeholders. I ensure that achievable expectations are set with clients while clearly defined deliverables are translated to team members. In the end high quality work is produced, the work environment stays positive, and happy clients return for more.
